Shefali Shah is a Bollywood actress who has appeared in several films. She made her film debut in the 1995 drama Rangeela, in which she played a minor role, and then went on to play a supporting role in the crime film Satya. Her performance in Satya earned her the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress and a nomination for Best Supporting Actress at the 44th Filmfare Awards. Later, she was nominated for a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress for her roles in the family drama Waqt: The Race Against Time (2005) and Dil Dhadakne Do (2015).
